There are important things you need to consider which may, or may not, blow out your bathroom reno budget, and help you create a bathroom that is functional, cost-effective and beautiful!

Key Points:

• Research, research, research. I would always recommend checking out the market your house is sitting in when planning to renovate your property. Although you may not be intending to move houses any time soon, you never know what opportunities will pop up. For example, if your home is perfect for a growing family, it would be wise to consider including a bath in your plans.
• Storage and bench space is key!
• When selecting lighting, power and exhaust vent, special consideration is required. These are small things which make huge impacts on the functionality of your bathroom.
