Cressy House (circa 1827) is situated in beautiful natural surroundings 5 km south of the historical town of Longford, 25 minutes from Launceston and 20 minutes from Launceston Airport.
Cressy House is today still a working farm with 1000 hectares, 5000 breeding ewes, trade cattle and a large variety of irrigated crops.
We get to talk to Margit about how the property has evolved and how they have renovated the property to become the holiday destination it is today.
I found the history and the stories of the families that have lived and loved this property so amazing. Listen to the amazing story of the Cressy Estate’s renovation journey below.
