TRADE TWO – LICENsED TRADES
The second group of pros are the licenced trades.
These are the people who are licenced to do the work that their undertaking. Its your electricians, your plumbers, your gas plumbers even your tilers.
We can further split it up into two subgroups. So the first subgroup of relicensed raids. These are like your electricians, asbestos removal, or any gas fitters or gas plumbers. The second subgroup here is things like carpet layers or tilers even painters.
The reason that these are two subgroups is really a legal one. You can’t really have an electrician carry out electrical work without a license is against the law. Whereas, painters or tilers don’t need to have a proper license to carry out the trade.
TRADE THREE UNLICENSED TRADES
Group three is your unlicenced trades. Hiring an unlicensed trade comes with a lot of risks compared to a licensed trade. However, they do come in handy from time to time. How so?
Well for starters there are 5-6 times cheaper and quicker to hire out than a licensed trade. But more importantly based on the experience they make an amazing asset to your B team, due to the convenience and affordability factors.
TRADE FOUR LABOURERS
The last and fourth groups are your laborers. The most essential groups on a work site. So these guys are sometimes called unskilled laborers which is slightly misleading. So their unskilled because they not be skilled or trained in a particular trade, however, they have a wealth of knowledge and can pick up so many of the tasks a licensed trade can’t do.
