“I really feel that it’s important that everyone in the team that is working with the client or with the seller, takes responsibility and takes part of the pie for example, when they’re working with a client. I don’t particularly believe in everyone working independently. I feel that there’s so many arms and so many fingers in the real estate/selling pot that go in to making it a win-win-win, so a win for all of the partners involved in getting the property ready and getting the property sold as well as a win for the seller and the buyer.
